Phil Brown’s Favourite Moments Of The 2015-16 Season

Phil Brown’s Favourite Moments Of The 2015-16 Season

Yuzawa Naeba, Japan

“Going to Japan and racing a World Cup there was one of the coolest things I was able to do this past season. It was a really interesting and unique experience and I’m really glad I got to go. The food and people made for a really fun five days.”

Canadian Championships in Whistler, B.C.

“I secured my first Canadian Championship title at nationals this year. Winning the slalom title was an exciting moment for me. Securing that victory at the end of a season was a great ending to all the hard work I put in throughout the year.”  (Brown lead the pack by 0.38 seconds and was joined on the podium by Trevor Philp in second-place and Erik Read in third-place).

Beaver Creek, U.S.A.

“Skiing to a 26th-place finish in Beaver Creek was a definite highlight of the season for me. It was the only World Cup points I secured last season and I did it after only two weeks back from an injury.”
