From Edmonton, AB, Abby McEwen has quickly become a Canadian ski cross team regular on the World Cup stage. After amassing 36 podium finishes on the NorAm and Europa Cup levels, she has become a fixture on the World Cup circuit.
The 2024-25 season was a breakout campaign for her, capturing her first World Cup podium with a third-place finish on home snow in Craigleith, Ontario in a season that saw her qualify for two finals. In addition to Craigleith, she skied to a fourth-place finish in Val Di Dass, ITA.
