Emeline Bennett is heading into her first season with the Canadian national ski team as a NextGen athlete, after impressing through the youth levels.
The Whistler, BC native began with the Whistler Mountain Ski Club at 11-years-old, before switching to focus on ski cross at 19, where she has already enjoyed immense success with four medals at the World Junior Ski Cross Championships.
Having competed at three World Junior Ski Cross Championships, Bennett won gold in Passo San Pellegrino, ITA in 2023 as well as in Idre Fjall, SWE in 2024. Meanwhile, she also finished second twice in the team events.
Now 22, she has started three times on the World Cup circuit, and will look to elevate her role in 2025-26, with some guidance from 2010 Olympic champion and fellow Whistler local, Ashleigh McIvor.
