About
Tiana Gairns had a massive breakthrough year in 2022-23, earning her first World Cup podium in Veysonnaz, SUI with a third-place finish in March. That result, of course, came after she achieved nearly as much success as possible on the Nor-Am stage. She won the Nor-Am Cup in 2017-18, earning herself a spot on the World Cup team for the following season.
Although shoulder surgery kept her out of the 2018-19 season, she returned with a silver medal performance at the Austrian National Championships. From Prince George, B.C., she grew up in a very active family and was always playing soccer, gymnastics, or just being active throughout her childhood.
While she has 20 top-10 finishes and has cracked the big final six times, she comes into the 2025-26 season looking to contend once again, after missing the entirety of the 2024-25 World Cup season due to a tibial plateau fracture.
