Calgary, AB (September 25, 2026) – The countdown to another winter of ski racing is on. From the first gates of the season to championship runs in the spring, Canada’s best emerging alpine, Para alpine, and ski cross athletes will take to the slopes at venues across Canada for an exciting 2026_27 season.
Featuring Nor-Am Cup races, the Canada Winter Games and the Canadian Championships, the season will bring high-level racing to ski communities from British Columbia to Quebec — giving Canadian athletes the opportunity to compete at home, test themselves against international competition and continue their journey toward the world stage.
The Nor-Am Cup provides an important development pathway for athletes competing alongside some of the best young racers from Canada, the United States and around the world. At the end of the season, Nor-Am Cup champions can earn opportunities to compete on the FIS World Cup circuit, taking the next step toward racing with the world’s best.
