UPDATE ON MANUEL OSBORNE-PARADIS’ INJURY

*Update (November 24, 2018) - Manuel Osborne-Paradis underwent surgery on his left leg on Thursday in Calgary. He is recovering well in hospital and does not have a release date. This is a season ending injury for Osborne-Paradis. Alpine Canada will continue to provide updates on Manuel’s recovery.

 

Lake Louise, Alta, (November 21, 2018) -  Today in Men's downhill training at the 2018 Lake Louise Audi FIS Ski World Cup, racer #12, Manual Osborne Paradis (CAN) went down in lower fishnet and sustained a lower leg injury.  It is expected that this injury is a tibia fibula fracture.  Osborne Paradis was transported to Banff Mineral Springs Hospital by ground ambulance.  More information will be available at the Team Captains meeting today at 1700.
