Alpine Athlete
Sarah’s been on snow almost as long as she’s been walking, having clicked in for the first time at age two. With two parents who tele-ski, this was probably inevitable. After conquering the slopes at Stoneham, Quebec, her hometown, she joined the Quebec provincial team to continue pushing for results.
After making her World Cup debut in Lake Louise in 2021 and adding two more starts in 2022, and three in 2023, the 2001-born athlete is hoping to earn her first World Cup points in the 2023-24 season and is excited to have opportunities to gain more experience on the circuit.
Racing at the Nor-Am Cup level, Bennet finished fifth overall in 2021-22, reaching the same mark in both super-G and giant slalom. In 2023, she finished 21st overall, and seventh in super-G.
When she’s not skiing, Sarah is probably editing videos or posting to social media for either herself or her company as their social media manager, in between studying for her communications degree at Concordia University.
