Following in the footsteps of his teammates Trevor Philp & Erik Read, Simon Fournier is pursuing post-secondary education at the University of Denver while racing for the Canadian Alpine Ski Team.

Fournier, who has a prowess for slalom, claimed the overall Nor-Am slalom title in 2018-19, guaranteeing himself a starting position in all World Cup slalom races in 2019-20. After becoming the National Slalom Champion at last season’s competition in Osler Bluff, Ontario, Fournier will be looking for his first World Cup points in 2022-23 as he adds to his 17 World Cup starts.
