About
Laurence St-Germain is entering her 10th season on the World Cup since she made her debut in 2015. At that point, she burst onto the World Cup scene when she finished in the top-30 in Aspen, Colorado. Yet the slalom specialist has since established herself as one of the world’s best in the event, winning the 2023 World Championship title in Courchevel Méribel, FRA.
Outside of her World Championship win, the St. Ferréol-les-Neiges, Québec native has consistently performed on the World Cup circuit. Heading into the 2025-26 season, she boasts 18 top-10 finishes, cracking the mark twice in 2024-25, with a 7th-place finish in a slalom in Killington, USA and 10th in Levi, FIN.
Her World Cup career best still stands as a 5th-place finish in a 2023 slalom in Åre, SWE.
The 1994-born skier exploded onto the world stage while pursuing a computer science degree at the University of Vermont and racing on the NCAA circuit. Since then, she pursued a second degree in biomedical engineering.
St-Germain made her Olympic debut at the PyeongChang 2018 Games, finishing 15th in the slalom, and reached a similar mark at her second games at Beijing 2022, finishing 17th. In the 2025-26 season, she will look to contend for more podiums, and tackle her third Olympic Games at Milano-Cortina 2026.
