Four-course dinner menu
Amuse-Gueule: authentic Swiss cheese fondue
Appetizer: Mixed green salad with Ticino 'Swiss' dressing
Main Course: classic veal emince "Zurich-style" (wild mushroom sauce) with rösti potatoes and vegetables
Dessert: Swiss dark chocolate mousse with whipped cream

WHY:
Alpine Canada is celebrating the close of the 2018-19 ski cross racing season. All proceeds from the event will support our programs for the upcoming season.
