Calgary, Alta. (February 25, 2017) – In the final World Cup race of the season in Sunny Valley (RUS), Whistler’s Marielle Thompson lands her sixth win of the season handily clinching the overall Crystal Globe ahead of next weekend’s World Cup Finals.

With six wins and a second-place finish this season, Thompson is currently 155 points ahead of the competition heading into the World Cup Finals at Blue Mountain.
