➡️ Chamonix, France (Feb. 9, 2020): The parallel giant slalom, one of only two all season, in Chamonix, FRA saw Trevor Philp and Erik Read race head to head against their competition.Both qualified for the round of 32. Philp missed moving on by only .06 and finished in 26th. In the round of 16 Read charged but did not complete his run finishing in 16th. The men now get a well deserved break before a series in Japan in a few weeks.


➡️ Garmisch Partenkirchen, Germany (Feb. 9, 2020): In front of a ruckus crowd in Garmisch, GER the women’s super G went off this morning. Marie-Michèle Gagnon held it down for Canada and finished in 22nd. The difficult course saw 17 of Gagnon’s competitors not finish. The women’s tour now heads to Kranjska Gora, SLO for a series next weekend.

 

➡️ Chamonix, France (Feb. 8, 2020): Trevor Philp andErik Read looked to repeat last weekend’s top 20 results in Chamonix, France but an unforgivingly short slalom course challenged the Canadian men. Read did not qualify for a second run but was only 2.77 seconds out and Philp did not finish his first run. 


➡️ Garmisch Partenkirchen, Germany (Feb. 8, 2020): It was the women’s turn to attack the World Cup downhill at Garmish today. Marie-Michèle Gagnon,the only Canadian in competition, skied under bright blue skies and in front of an enthusiastic crowd. Gagnon finished in 40th spot.
