Calgary, Alta. (October 3, 2017) – Alpine Canada is pleased to announce Ricola Canada has joined our family of corporate partners as the official cough drop of the Canadian Ski Teams. Ricola has partnered with alpine development team athlete, Sam Mulligan (Grouse Mountain Tyee Ski Club, B.C.), to become his official headgear sponsor of the 2017-18 season. Ricola will also support the 2018 CIBC National Ski and Snowboard Day and Alpine Canada event volunteers all season long.

Ricola will be the official head gear sponsor for Mulligan, a rising athlete storming the Nor-Am Cup circuit and landing a fourth-place finish at the 2017 World Junior Ski Championships. Ricola’s sponsorship will help support Canada’s next generation of World Cup and Olympic hopefuls.
Additionally, the fourth annual CIBC National Ski and Snowboard Day will be supported by Ricola, encouraging Canadians to embrace winter, even while feeling under the weather.
Ricola will also be the official cough drop for event Alpine Canada volunteers, helping to keep them on the hill to ensure domestic races and events launch without a hitch this winter.
