Jake Kertesz-Knight and his brother Jesse are entering their first full season with the Canadian national ski team, as the duo from Jasper, AB, look to become the next great sibling force in Canadian ski racing.
The 20-year-old Jake enters 2025-26 after a 2024-25 season in which he skied for the Canadian team at the 2025 World Junior Alpine Skiing Championships in Tarvia, ITA, where he finished 29th in the giant slalom.
In addition to his call to wear the maple leaf on the world stage, Jake has also kicked out of a Nor-Am Cup start gate 45 times, earning two top-10 results since making his debut on the circuit as a young teenager in 2021.
An avid golfer and fisherman off the snow, he will look to catch his first World Cup start in the near future.
